Dr. Festus Idowu Oluwajobi is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer with a PhD from Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, Ondo State, Nigeria. He is currently a Research Fellow at the Center for Communication Systems Research, University of Surrey, UK. His research interests include optical communication, radio over fiber, and free space optics
